Zapata County Independent School District is soliciting bids for approximately 50 network switches, 17 uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, and 274 wireless access points, including licensing, installation, configuration/activation, and software. Vendors must submit completed pricing and E-Rate eligibility percentages using the provided RFQ Excel document and have a valid SPIN to bid. The district reserves the right to award to one or multiple vendors and may order all, some, or none of the equipment and services. Bids must be submitted by April 7, 2026, and vendors must have a current contract with the State of Texas Department of Resources or other approved purchasing organizations.
