MI-SENEY NWR-FIBER OPTIC INSTALLNOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEDESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Highline Internet. Seney National Wildlife Refuge requires installation of underground single mode fiber optic cable to provide high¿speed internet service to the new Headquarters and Visitor Center and existing Maintenance Shop. Highline Internet is the only broadband service provider currently serving this geographic area and will also be providing the monthly internet service to the Refuge.JUSTIFICATION AUTHORITY:FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency RequirementsSPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:This notice is for informational purposes only.
