The U.S. Department of the Treasury, through its Treasury Common Services Center, is soliciting comprehensive event production services for the 2026 G20 Presidency events. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of the Treasury - Treasury Common Services Center - Departmental Offices & Enterprise Procurement Branch - Acquisition Services - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Collaboration required with Pinnacle Live for rigging and Wi-Fi at event venues - Products and Services Requested: - Full-scope event production services for two major G20 meetings: - Finance and Central Bank Deputies Meeting (Omni Fort Lauderdale, FL) - Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting (Omni Grove Park Inn, Asheville, NC) - Audio/visual equipment: up to 60 push-to-talk microphones, request-to-speak system, 10 floor monitors, 4 projection screens, 6 PTZ cameras, broadcast switching equipment, digital speaker timer system - Lighting and rigging equipment, including broadcast-level lighting and support - Room setups: modular plenary tables, high back leather chairs (60), graphic placards (54), tables and seating for back benchers (80) - Branding and decor: custom backdrops, SEG banners, decorative lighting - Specialized rooms: mothers room, prayer rooms, first aid room, leaders lounge, bilateral meeting rooms (9), viewing/listening rooms, command rooms - Simultaneous interpretation booths and equipment for up to six languages (4 booths) - Power distribution: power strips (57 for viewing/listening room, 50 for command room), plug-in power for tables - Internet connectivity: dry network for G20 Stream, staff and delegate Wi-Fi - Labor: technical manager, show caller, audio technicians for plenary and drafting rooms - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Collaboration with Pinnacle Live for venue-specific rigging and Wi-Fi - Security clearances required for all personnel - Simultaneous interpretation capability for up to six languages - Compliance with venue policies and federal security requirements - Firm-Fixed-Price contract; evaluation based on key personnel, past performance, technical approach, and price - Locations: - Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel, Fort Lauderdale, FL (event venue) - Omni Grove Park Inn, Asheville, NC (event venue) - Treasury Common Services Center, Washington, DC (contracting office)
