Description

The Volusia County School Board Procurement issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish firm-fixed percentage discount pricing from qualified bidders for the purchase, delivery, and installation of large cafeteria food service equipment. This equipment will serve the School Way Café department, Culinary department program, and other district departments and schools on an as-needed basis. The contract term starts April 1, 2026, for three years with an option to renew for two additional years. The solicitation was conducted as a full and open competition, resulting in awards to ten vendors to ensure a diverse vendor pool and competitive pricing.
