(Leonard’s) - Strawbridge Studios Inc. - TreeRing Corporation - Walworth Yearbooks - YearbookLife - Products/Services Requested: - Yearbook services for elementary, middle, high, technical, combination, and virtual schools - Includes design, layout, printing, binding, delivery, digital submission setup, templates, online ordering, account advising, photo scanning, graphic design, marketing materials, and related photography support - Notable Requirements: - Each school selects and negotiates with vendors from the approved pool - Compliance with Florida statutes, security, and insurance requirements - Electronic proposal submission and required forms (SMBE, references, affidavits) - Drug-free workplace certification - Contract funded through each school's internal accounts - Period of Performance: - Three-year contract with two optional one-year renewals (up to five years total) - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Sarasota County Schools, 101 Old Venice Road, Osprey, FL 34229

Description

The Sarasota County School Board is seeking sealed proposals from qualified companies to establish a list of pre-qualified contractors to provide yearbook services districtwide for elementary, middle, and high schools. The awarded contractors will be selected by individual schools through negotiations for best prices and discounts. This RFQ may be reopened annually to include additional qualified companies, with awards ending at the contract's specified term. The solicitation includes electronic submission requirements and a three-year contract term with options to renew.
