The Air Force Sustainment Center at Tinker Air Force Base is seeking a small business contractor to provide preventative and remedial maintenance for the Sonic Infrared Inspection System Station. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Sustainment Center, Maintenance Contracting Branch (AFSC/PZIMC) - Contracting office located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive Maintenance for the Sonic Infrared Inspection System Station - Includes all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, and incidentals - Performed annually for the base year and each option year - Remedial Maintenance for the Sonic Infrared Inspection System Station - On-site repair and replacement of parts, materials, and labor to restore equipment performance - Estimated 160 hours of remedial maintenance labor per year - Period of Performance: - One base year plus four one-year option periods (total of five years) - Possible six-month unilateral extension by the government - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide both preventive and remedial maintenance, including all necessary parts and labor - Award will be made based on lowest total evaluated price and demonstrated offeror capability - Small business set-aside - Place of Performance: - Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the solicitation or attachments
