Bartow County Government is seeking proposals to establish and operate a near-site Employee Wellness Clinic for its workforce and covered health-plan members. - Government Buyer: - Bartow County Government (local government) - Scope of Services: - Establish and operate a clinic serving approximately 750 full-time employees and 2,000 covered health-plan members - Potential expansion to include City of Cartersville employees (about 356 additional members) - Services include: - Primary and preventive care (annual physicals, chronic disease management, immunizations) - Laboratory and diagnostic testing (point-of-care and send-out labs) - Pharmacy access (in-clinic dispensing of common generics, prescription writing) - Occupational medicine (drug/alcohol testing, pre-employment and fit-for-duty exams, workers compensation triage, OSHA and NFPA 1582 firefighter medicals) - Telehealth, care coordination, and quality assurance - Staffing and Operations: - Clinic model and staffing plan required (at least one full-time Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, medical assistant(s), and medical director) - Minimum 40 clinic hours per week - Compliance and Requirements: - Must comply with HIPAA, Georgia Composite Medical Board, Georgia Board of Pharmacy, OSHA, ADA/EEO, and NFPA 1582 - EHR platform, data privacy, reporting, insurance coverage, and performance guarantees required - Pricing: - Vendors must propose pricing options (fixed monthly base, PMPM, fee-for-service) - Location: - Clinic must be located within 5 miles of the County Courthouse in Cartersville, GA - Period of Performance: - Implementation and go-live targeted for Q4 2026 or Q1 2027 - Annual contract with performance guarantees and option for expansion
