The proposed action is to award a new 5 Year Long Term Contract  for Inertial Navigation Unit. This item is a sourcecontrolled item (sole source) to Honeywell Inc (CAGE Code: 0BFA5). The Government does not have the pertinent technical data including additional detailed drawings for this item or dimensions for its manufacturing necessary for competitive procurement. Honeywell Inc is the only source that has the requisite technical and engineering expertise to perform all efforts required to provide Inertial Navigation Units that meet design space requirements and Critical Item Product Function Specification for Inertial Navigation Unit.
