USDA Master Solicitation for International Food Aid Commodity Procurements

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has released an updated Master Solicitation for Commodity Procurements - International Programs (MSCP-I), governing the purchase of U.S.-origin agricultural commodities for international food assistance programs. - Applies to programs such as Food for Peace and McGovern-Dole - Covers a wide range of U.S.-origin agricultural commodities, including: - Wheat flour, bulgur, cornmeal, rice, dairy, canned salmon, vegetable oils, beans, peas, lentils, and more - Contracts are firm-fixed price and awarded based on lowest landed or total cost (including storage) - Vendors must comply with: - U.S. origin product rules - USDA quality standards - Electronic invoicing via WBSCM - Strict delivery and packaging requirements - Delivery locations include federally or state licensed warehouses (CCC Authorized Warehouses) and USDA-approved port facilities - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or quantities are listed; this is a master solicitation covering multiple future procurements - Interested vendors should refer to the USDA AMS website and WBSCM for specific solicitations and requirements
