Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to advertise an Invitation For Bids (IFB) on Project 506-25-104 East Parking Structure Repairs at the Ann Arbor Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) located in Ann Arbor, MI. An Invitation for Bid (IFB) is planned to be issued on or about April 28, 2026. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, acceptance testing and supervision as specified in the drawings and specifications to complete the East Parking Structure Repairs, 506-5-104 at the Ann Arbor VA VAMC. Project is to include but is not limited to structural repairs, concrete spalling repairs and cracking concrete, traffic coating paint, parking lot striping and fire suppression piping repair at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Contractor is to perform all work without disruption to Medical Center operations. Normal working hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday (Excluding Federal Holidays). Authorization to work other than normal working hours will be requested in advance for evaluation and approval by the COR and Contracting. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. Magnitude of cost for this project is between $2,00,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract within 90 days from bid opening date. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Only offers from verified SDVOSBs registered in the SBA s VetCert database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) at the time of proposal submission are eligible for consideration.
