Page 4 of 4 The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) to obtain service and maintenance for the Rotronic temperature and humidity monitoring system. Period of performance: May 1st, 2026 through April 30, 2027 with an additional four option year periods after completion of base period. Basic description of the requirement: This full-service contract is to include all necessary labor, equipment , tools and materials required to perform maintenance, calibration, and technical support of Rotronic temperature and humidity monitoring devices. This service requires on-site support, data reporting, and replacement devices.
