Description
The City of Salem, Virginia, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to establish contracts for on-demand construction and contracting services. The scope includes land clearing, land grading, concrete patching, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, brick paver installation and hardscape maintenance, asphalt paving and patching, roadway painting/striping, and wet and dry utilities. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis at various locations in and around the City of Salem. Proposals must be submitted by May 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET via hand delivery, mail, or electronic submission through eVA.
