Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized its contractor, Deaf Access Solutions, Inc., to access confidential business information (CBI) submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This access is necessary for the contractor to provide American Sign Language interpreting services to EPA staff. Access to the confidential data will begin no sooner than April 13, 2026, and will continue until December 31, 2030, with strict nondisclosure and security procedures in place.
