The City of Prince George is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants to provide building permit review, approvals, and inspection services. The consultants must ensure compliance with the British Columbia Building Code, National Plumbing Code of Canada, and the City's Building Bylaw. Selected firms must hold necessary accreditation and professional designations and be in good standing with the Building Officials’ Association of British Columbia. The consultants will also support the City's building inspection team on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis to manage complex and smaller-scale projects.
