The Thompson-Nicola Regional District is soliciting proposals for the Pritchard Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade project. The scope includes cleaning and refinishing tanks, removal and relocation of equipment, installation of owner-supplied equipment, construction of concrete tanks, pump chamber, framing, piping, and electrical works including new MCC, transformer, panel, PLC, and automatic transfer switch. Proponents are encouraged to propose innovations to reduce cost, improve constructability, or enhance facility performance. An optional site meeting is scheduled for April 13, 2026, with proposals due by April 24, 2026.
