The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Regional Procurement Office Central, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, Network Contracting Office 12, located at 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214-1476 intends to award a sole source, single award commodities contract for Haag-Streit Simulation Eyesi Surgical Complete System for the Simulation Center from Corps Medical Supply, LLC., located at 2211 North Tradition Lane, Janesville, WI. 53545-0780. Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award referencing FAR 6.302-1. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is procuring Haag-Streit Simulation Eyesi Surgical Complete System for the Simulation Center at the Captain James A Lovell FHCC, Department of Veterans Affairs located at 3001 Green Bay Road North Chicago IL 60064-3048. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a purchase order to Corps Medical Supply, LLC., located at 2211 North Tradition Lane, Janesville, WI. 53545-0780., as the only responsible source to provide Haag-Streit Simulation Eyesi Surgical Complete System. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 339112 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Interested people may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes.
