Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), on behalf of the National Weather Service, Logistics Management Branch, is seeking quotations from qualified small business vendors for Twine. The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the lowest value in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is a small business set-aside.
