GPA Environmental Group Inc. is seeking qualified MBE, WBE, and SDVOB subcontractors and suppliers for a phased renovation project at the CUNY College of Staten Island. The project involves renovating approximately 4,400 square feet on portions of the 1st and 2nd floors of Building 1C, converting a former bookstore into offices, conference rooms, and support spaces. Work includes interior construction, finishes, architectural woodwork, HVAC, electrical, low-voltage, audiovisual, signage, security systems, and hazardous materials abatement.
