USMC Role Player Infantry Immersion Trainer and SME Services for Multi-Base Training

The U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Program Manager Training Systems, is seeking industry input for a comprehensive Role Player Infantry Immersion Trainer, Home Station Training, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) services contract to support immersive training at multiple military locations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Program Manager Training Systems (PM TRASYS) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; contractor-owned equipment and turnkey services are required. - Products and Equipment Requested: - Blank Fire Only AK-47s (with blank ammunition, maintenance, and safety certifications) - Cut suits for medical simulation (with consumables and support technicians) - Simulators: IED, VBIED, RPG, indirect fire, direct fire, and suicide vest (pyrotechnic and non-pyrotechnic, with safety features) - Smoke generators (non-toxic, indoor/outdoor use) - Replica assault weapons and mock training aids (e.g., rubber knives, simulated UAS) - Civilian vehicles for battlefield scenarios - Uniforms and atmospheric props for realistic environments - Services Requested: - Role player support (culturally and linguistically accurate, including opposition forces, civilians, amputees, interpreters) - Subject Matter Expert (SME) support (training design, scenario development, after-action reviews) - Battlefield effects and simulator operations (pyrotechnics, smoke, audio/visual effects) - Program management, logistics, transportation, and safety/compliance services - Makeup and special effects (moulage, simulated wounds) - Weapons handling and armorer services - Role player threat screening and security (background checks, biometric screening) - Data collection and reporting (secure data management for training activities) - Training scenario design and development - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide turnkey, comprehensive support including equipment, personnel, and logistics - All battlefield effects and simulators must meet strict safety and certification standards (e.g., Navy WSESRB) - Services must be scalable and deployable to multiple U.S. and OCONUS military training locations - Security and background screening for all role players - Compliance with USMC doctrine and government data security protocols - Primary Locations: - Major Marine Corps and Army bases across the U.S. (e.g., Camp Pendleton, Camp Lejeune, Fort Bragg, Quantico, Fort Irwin, Fort Stewart, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, and others) - Additional training areas in California, Arizona, Georgia, Hawaii, North Carolina, and Virginia
