The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), part of the Department of Defense, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive linen, mat, and mop rental and cleaning services for commissaries located at multiple military bases and federal facilities in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC. - Government Buyer: - Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Department of Defense - Contracting office at Fort Lee, VA - Products and Services Requested: - Rental, delivery, pick-up, cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of: - Butcher coats (white, snap front, no pockets, sizes S-5X) - Butcher shirts and pants (white, no pockets, sizes S-5X) - Butcher aprons (red, bib style, adjustable neck, no pockets) - Bib aprons (royal blue, forest green, wine; adjustable neck, double pockets) - Smocks (royal blue, forest green, wine; double pockets) - Mats (black or grey, sizes 3x5, 3x10, 4x6, heavy duty, non-slip) - Dust mops (sizes 36 and 48, industrial strength, washable cotton) - Wet mops (sizes 24oz and 28oz, industrial strength, washable cotton or blend) - Weekly supply, cleaning, pickup, and drop-off services coordinated with store schedules - Inventory control, quality assurance, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Linens must meet specified color, size, and fabric standards - Contractor must provide contingency procedures and quality control processes - Compliance with labor standards and electronic payment submission (WAWF) - Set aside for small business concerns - Contract includes a base year with four option years (up to 60 months total) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - Commissaries at numerous military bases and federal facilities, including Fort Lee, Fort Belvoir, Andrews AFB, Naval Station Norfolk, Quantico MCCDC, and others across MD, VA, PA, and DC

Description

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

(iii) Description of Requirements:

The contractor will supply the commissaries with linens/mats/mops and then service them by cleaning them weekly. The contractor will provide a weekly service for pickup and drop off based on the scheduled dates provided by the store.
