Description

Oregon Metro is seeking bids for overhead roll-up door drop testing and on-call maintenance and repair services for security gates at both residential and commercial properties owned by Metro and Metro Venues. The services will be provided on a scheduled basis and may also be requested on an emergency basis. The scope includes approximately 28 residential sites, park facilities, nature parks, boat ramps, and other Metro facilities throughout the Metro Region. Bidders may submit proposals for commercial services, residential services, or both.
