The Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment is soliciting qualifications from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering design services related to environmental projects such as releases from underground storage tanks, emergency containment, environmental investigation and remediation, and related tasks. The contract term is initially four years with possible extensions up to seven years.
