Description

The City of Indio, through the Indio Water Authority, is soliciting proposals for qualified contractors to provide full-service HVAC repair and replacement services across all City of Indio Water Authority facilities. The contract includes routine preventative maintenance, general and emergency repairs, and requires contractors to develop and implement a maintenance program meeting industry standards and applicable regulations. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewals, and proposals must be submitted electronically by April 29, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 15, 2026.
