Description

The District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts, on behalf of the Office of Finance & Treasury (OFT), has contracted Kelmar Associates LLC to maintain the current software for the Unclaimed Property Management System. This system manages all aspects of unclaimed property including information regarding holders, property, claims, and owners. The contract includes four one-year option periods, all of which have been exercised, with the current term running from January 24, 2026, to January 23, 2027. The contract is a firm fixed price agreement with various modifications extending and enhancing the services, including integration of fraud detection enhancements and language translation features.
