Description
The Town of Oakville, on behalf of itself and the City of Burlington, issued a negotiated request for proposals to establish a contract for preventative maintenance and testing/inspection of emergency power generators and systems. The program includes semi-annual, annual, and quinquennial inspections in accordance with CSA-C282 standards, as well as an as-required unscheduled repair agreement. The contract term is three years with options to renew for up to two additional years. Weekly and monthly inspections/testing are excluded as they are performed in-house.
