Description
The Town of Oakville is seeking a turnkey modular design-build solution for a proposed library and youth centre facility. The selected contractor will provide full design services including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical, produce permit-ready drawings, manufacture the modular building, install it on foundations, and commission the building and its systems. Site services and landscaping are excluded from the contractor's scope. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
