The Town of Oakville is soliciting tenders for the supply and delivery of all equipment, labor, materials, removal/disposal, and traffic control necessary to replace or adjust catch basin and maintenance hole frames and covers to match the elevation of proposed road surfaces throughout the town. The contract is initially for one year with an option to renew annually for up to two additional years. Submissions must include a digital Bid Bond of 10% and a digital Agreement to Bond for Performance of 50%. This tender is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement provisions.
