• Notable Requirements:

  • All equipment must be new (no used, open box, or refurbished)
  • Solution must be compatible with existing Cisco infrastructure
  • Proposals must include all costs (installation, travel, materials, etc.)
  • SPI billing required for E-Rate compliance
  • Functionally equivalent solutions must include documentation and any additional required components
  • No wireless survey required; installation is a one-to-one replacement
  • Existing cabling and infrastructure will be reused
  • Proposal must include references from Texas school districts
  • ECISD reserves the right to place orders as needed and is not obligated to purchase full quantities listed

• Contract Term:

  • Preferred as multi-year, with initial term and optional renewal to align with E-Rate service delivery deadlines
