Dallas College is seeking to establish a supplier pool for Construction Professional Services to support a variety of renovation and new construction projects across its campuses. - Government Buyer: - Dallas College, Procurement Department - Scope of Services: - Architectural, engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural), construction management, and specialized consulting - Services include building automation, elevator upgrades, HVAC controls and replacements, roof replacements, signage, wayfinding, furniture renovations, restroom renovations, central plant upgrades, chiller/boiler replacements, parking garage sprinkler system replacement, water intrusion repair, lighting replacement, hazardous material abatement, surveying, materials testing, geotechnical services, and more - Includes both renovations and new construction projects - Supplier Pool Details: - Qualifications-based solicitation; no specific OEMs or part numbers are named - Pool is open to experienced and licensed firms; small, minority, service-disabled, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate - No guaranteed work volume; services will be requested on an as-needed basis - Pool may be adjusted and new providers added at any time during the contract term - Notable Requirements: - Firms must demonstrate relevant project experience, provide references, and hold appropriate professional licenses and insurance - Experience with education-related construction projects is preferred - Period of Performance: - Initial term of one year with up to four optional annual renewals (maximum five years) - Locations: - Services will be performed across Dallas College campuses, with primary addresses in Dallas and Mesquite, Texas
