The contract is intended for firms experienced in ramp tower and/or virtual ramp operations at medium or large hub airports. The scope includes staffing the VRCR system, managing communications, coordinating gate assignments, and ensuring continuous operation during specified hours. The contract term is five years with two one-year extension options.
