Description

The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) is seeking development partners to build homeownership housing on 27 vacant parcels in the Sharswood neighborhood. The selected developer will be responsible for design, financing, construction, and marketing/selling of the units, and must collaborate with PHA, the city, and community stakeholders.
