Description
This solicitation is for the reconstruction of the facade at the 122 Community Center located in Manhattan. The work includes facade restoration on two primary facades, reconstruction of brownstone trim, window surrounds, and band courses, as well as entrance portico and slate roof reconstruction on 1st Avenue. Additional tasks involve resetting stone coping stones, flashing at the parapet, plaza pavers at the rooftop, correcting rusted steel lintel conditions, and resetting window mullion beauty caps. The project is managed by the Department of Design and Construction with an estimated contract value of approximately $3.19 million. The contract is anticipated to start on August 26, 2026, and end on February 17, 2028.
