Port Tampa Bay is seeking proposals for video production services on a work-for-hire basis. The scope includes labor, research, scouting, videography (ground and aerial), writing, editing, post-production, sound, motion graphics, animation/effects, and packaging equipment. Work will be assigned as needed with no guarantee of work, aiming to select one consultant though multiple contracts may be awarded for future projects.
