Description

The Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide ADA complementary paratransit services within its defined service area during established service hours. The contractor will be responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and fully ADA-compliant door-to-door transportation services for eligible riders, including operational staffing, vehicle operation, driver training, and customer service. The scope includes compliance with federal and state regulations, performance standards, and risk management services. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 6, 2026, and the contract award will be based on the highest ranked proposal in the best interest of MetroLINK.
