Description

This project involves the final grading of an existing planter to enable the construction of a new approximately 8-foot wide by 50-foot long concrete sidewalk over a sloped hillside. The sidewalk will be a structural concrete deck supported by Helical Anchors and concrete edge beams, with concrete masonry pilasters for connecting wrought iron guard railing. The walking surface will be finished with concrete pavers matching adjacent areas, and the project includes site demolition, grading, installation of reinforced concrete, masonry, pavers, stucco finish, paint, guardrail, and waste management. The City will furnish Helical Anchors, decorative tile pavers, and iron railing. The work must be completed within 40 working days, with bids submitted electronically by June 25, 2026.
