Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, supervision, transportation, procurement, and installation services for the construction and retrofit of the Main Leachate Pump Station at the Southeast County Landfill in Lithia, FL. The project includes installation of two 1-million gallon welded steel leachate storage tanks, geotechnical investigation, foundation improvements, containment structures, loading station retrofit and expansion, forcemain reroute, demolition and abandonment of existing pipes, pump station retrofit, road culvert extension, and electrical and telemetry integration. The estimated contract value is approximately $12.17 million, with a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation goal of 6%.
