The services involve maintaining security inside the facilities, parking lots, and surrounding areas regularly from Monday to Sunday and on holidays, with additional as-needed services at the Cowichan Lake Sports Arena. The EOI process aims to select one contractor for immediate services or establish a roster of qualified contractors for as-needed requests.
