Description

The District of Summerland is soliciting proposals for the construction of Phase 3A lateral expansion of the Summerland Sanitary Landfill. The scope includes constructing waste cell and leachate sump infrastructure, excavation and placement of soil and aggregates, installation of geomembrane and clay liners, leachate management systems, and access roads within Phase 3.
