The Capital Regional District is seeking to prequalify vendors for the construction of Hartland Landfill Cell 5B and associated infrastructure. The project scope includes rock blasting and removal, excavation, installation of a mechanically stabilized earth landfill toe berm, access roads, geomembrane liner, drainage systems, leachate and pore pressure relief piping, sedimentation pond, clay berm, leachate containment features, utilities piping, wheel wash facility, aggregate processing, fencing repair, importation of clay and topsoil, road grading, and dust management.
