Description

This solicitation is for the award of a minimum of three Job Order Contracts (JOC) at California State University, Fullerton. The contracts are firm fixed price, indefinite quantity agreements for repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure, buildings, and other real property. Contractors will receive discrete fixed-price task orders under the contract and must provide all management, labor, materials, and equipment. A mandatory in-person pre-bid conference is scheduled on April 28, 2026, at CSU Fullerton.
