THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A COMPETITIVE BPA CALL ORDER
THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY -- IT IS NOT A SOLICITATION. NO QUOTATIONS, PROPOSALS, OR BIDS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME.
The BPA Call Order Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be sent to all Small Business vendors with an active USFS Region 9 (R9) Facilities Construction and Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Zone 14 - Superior National Forest, in accordance with the Parent BPA terms and conditions.
This procurement is restricted to Small Business vendors eligible to compete for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Orders under the USFS Region 9 (R9) Facilities Construction and Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Zone 14 - Superior National Forest. Only Small Business vendors with an active BPA for the respective zone and an active SAM registration will be eligible for Call Order award consideration.

Project Title: SUF Ely Seaplane Base Septic Tanks Project Description: This project is for construction services to replace the existing sewage holding tanks at the Ely Seaplane base. Activities include but are not limited to 1) salvage and stockpile of topsoil, 2) removal of the existing holding tanks and sewer line, 3) furnishing and installing new holding tanks and sewer line, 4) furnishing and installing tank level alarm, 5) salvage and reinstallation of wooden walkway, and 5) site restoration.
The Government intends to issue a BPA Call Order RFQ. A Firm-Fixed-Price Call Order is anticipated to result.
