The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Federal Occupational Health (FOH) office of the Program Support Center (PSC), is seeking information from vendors about providing nationwide occupational health services for federal employees via a Private Provider Network (PPN). - Government Buyer: - Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - Federal Occupational Health (FOH), Program Support Center (PSC) - Scope of Services: - Nationwide coverage across all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) - Services include: - Clinical and physical exams (including fitness for duty and specialized exams) - Audiometric testing, vision screenings, and respiratory fit testing - Immunizations and vaccines (e.g., COVID, Influenza) - Laboratory testing and analysis - Radiology and dental services - Mental health and psychological evaluations - FAA and commercial driver license examinations - Travel medications and ad-hoc prescriptions - Mobile outreach services (including mobile van clinics) - Medical records management and secure handling of PHI - Referral, scheduling, and completion services - Secure web-based portal for referrals, appointments, and records (COCO PPN-CP) - Provider credentialing and privileging per Joint Commission standards - Quality assurance and compliance with federal privacy/security standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must operate a secure, real-time web-based portal for case management and reporting - Mobile van outreach services require prior FOH approval and include a specific outreach fee - Provider credentialing and privileging must meet The Joint Commission Ambulatory Care standards - Quality assurance processes and penalties for non-compliance are required - Services must be delivered in accordance with strict distance, timeliness, and quality standards - No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified in the solicitation - This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research and planning purposes only

Description

This is a request for information (RFI) notice.  This RFI is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations.  The purpose of this RFI is to obtain knowledge and information on potential vendor interest and capability for project planning purposes.

Project Description:

The purpose of this requirement will be to acquire professional occupational health services through a nationwide Private Provider Network (PPN) to support Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The nationwide PPN includes four regions. Services will be performed in the 50 United States plus; Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.  The requirement provides integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) services throughout the Federal Government.
