NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The Government intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order with DAVID CLARK CO INC located at 360 FRANKLIN ST, WORCESTER, MA 01604-4916, United States, under the authority of FAR 13.106- 1(b). The government will acquire the services using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336413. The purpose of this requirement is to acquire DC ONE-XM (C-17).

This notice is not a formal solicitation. This is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of quotation or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase order will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
