Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking expressions of interest from general contractors for the Drummond Road Upgrade project in Gagetown, New Brunswick. The project involves providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to improve road safety, operational logistics, and climate resilience, while ensuring compliance with current transportation and environmental standards. This RFEOI is the first step in a two-step solicitation process, with the subsequent Tender Phase open only to those who respond to this RFEOI. The estimated construction cost limit is approximately $24.4 million CAD, and the project is scheduled for substantial completion within 470 calendar days following contract award, with completion no later than 30 days after substantial completion.
