Description
This solicitation is for a maintenance service agreement to provide annual preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and replacement of major water pumping infrastructure and water retention equipment for provincially owned water infrastructure in Alberta. The work includes inspections, removals, repairs, and recoating of various mechanical and electrical components such as vertical turbine pumps, electric motors, valves, submersible pumps, and water regulating gates. The equipment is located at multiple sites including St. Paul Pumphouse, Gull Lake Pumphouse, Buffalo Lake Pumphouse, Dickson Dam, and other water regulating structures in Central Alberta. The contractor will support Alberta Agriculture & Irrigation's Water Infrastructure and Operations Branch Central Region in maintaining critical water conveyance and retention systems.
