This Sources Sought Notice is intended only for information and planning purposes at this time, and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to revise the requirements of the proposed action before the release of any associated solicitation. This notice is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ). . The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of providing a Body Plethysmograph to outfit the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center s Multi-Specialty CBOC in Rolla, MO. . Please review the attached Statement of Work. This is a brand name or equal requirement. Feedback or suggestions are welcome. . For market research purposes, all responses to this notice will be reviewed, regardless of business size or socioeconomic category. Review of responses to this notice will support later refinement/determination of set-aside requirements, if a solicitation becomes available. .
