The scope includes mobilization, replacement of 1,530 linear feet of 6-inch watermain by bursting, asphalt removal and paving, installation of gate valves and hydrants, reconnection of water service lines, concrete sidewalk replacement, ADA ramps, concrete curb and gutter, traffic control, landscaping, and other related work. Bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN by April 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time, accompanied by a 5% bid bond and a valid North Dakota contractor’s license. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and comply with Title VI requirements.
