Foothill Transit is seeking design-build services to upgrade compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling stations at its two Operations and Maintenance facilities in Arcadia and Pomona, California. The project includes design and construction upgrades, monitoring and maintenance of the upgraded stations, leasing property for two public access stations, and maintenance of legacy stations during the upgrade. This solicitation is the first phase (RFQ No. 26-069A) to pre-qualify firms for a subsequent RFP, following California Public Contract Code §§ 22160-22169. The stations serve a fleet of 286 CNG buses and include leased real property for public access.
