Dallas College is seeking to establish a pool of qualified suppliers for a comprehensive range of printing services to support its seven campuses and facilities in Dallas County, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Dallas College, Procurement Department, Service Center - Products and Services Requested: - Offset and web printing for promotional materials (brochures, fliers, pamphlets, booklets, postcards, pocket folders, class schedules, catalogs) - Quantities range from 1,000 to 175,000 for brochures and booklets - Includes bindery, finishing, packaging, and delivery - Off-site digital reproduction and photocopy services (black/white and color) - Includes collating, binding, packaging, and rush delivery options (overnight, 3-day) - Printed cards (standard and custom sizes, four-color process, various stocks and coatings) - Quantities from 100 to 10,000 - Student newspapers (Broadsheet, Tabloid, Pony tab formats) - Minimum monthly to maximum biweekly issues during the academic year - Quantities up to 3,000 per issue - Envelope printing (various sizes and color options, with Dallas College logo) - Quantities from 100 to 10,000 - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Excludes business cards and stationery - All pricing must be FOB delivered to all Dallas College locations - Compliance with equal opportunity, non-discrimination, and accessibility policies - Minimum order quantities specified for many items - Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Workday Strategic Sourcing portal - Opportunity is open to all qualified businesses, including small, minority, service-disabled, and women-owned businesses - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; open to all qualified commercial print service providers
