Description

This is an Invitation to Bid issued by the City of Bettendorf, Iowa, for the 2026 State Street Patching Program. The project involves full-depth concrete patching, utility structure repairs and adjustments, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, and related work along State Street from 17th Street to 23rd Street. Approximately 2,526 square yards of pavement and 5,874 square feet of sidewalk will be replaced. Work must be completed between April 27, 2026, and August 1, 2026, with liquidated damages of $500 per day for delays. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's eBidding system.
